Cancelation Policy

Rescheduling/Canceling Single sessions: There is an upfront, non-refundable, deposit of $15 when scheduling single sessions. The rest of the payment is due at the start of our session. If the session is rescheduled, the fee will be waived once, then there will be another $15 fee each time it is rescheduled after that. Bundle sessions: Since bundles are paid up front, we can reschedule sessions as long as my scheduling allows it. Please try to give at least 24hrs notice. If you would like to cancel a bundle, any payment amounts for services already provided are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your bundle purchase for any reason, please let me know and we can work something out. I am not able to give any money-back guarantees or refunds at the moment.
